Yoga

Yoga can have many forms and faces.

Yoga it's about developing self awareness, self reflection and bringing peace of mind.

Yoga won't solve your problems. You're the one that can do that. Yoga might (and probably will) give you clarity and empower you to work on whatever is needed.

Yoga is meditation, pranayama (breath work and much more) and asana (the physical practice).

My desire is to facilitate the access to these ancient techniques thought personalized one on one sessions so it addresses your current circumstances, needs and wishes. It is such a personal journey that there is no one size fits all.

Meditation can be accessible to anyone and everyone. If you're new to meditation and don't know where to start or if you have plenty of experience and just want some inspiration and guidance on your path I'll be happy to hear from you.

Pranayama refers to the vital force of life. It is a concept that would take too much space to discuss it here. There is, however, a simple and easily accessible manifestation of it. And that's our breath. Thus breath work is the most popular definition of pranayama. If you're new to breath work I hope you'll give it a go soon. If you already have experience with it and want take your exploration further or optimize it for health or sport reasons it will be my pleasure to share with you my knowledge and experience.

The benefits of meditation and breath work have been documented and there are many. I hope you'll find the time to have a look at the Resources section on this website.

The physical practice of yoga (the poses or asanas) it is so popular that it needs no introduction.

Unfortunately I'm not able to offer asana sessions at the moment because of practical reasons. But watch this space :)
