Book your free 20 min introductory call in which we'll discuss the basics of breath work or meditation or both, depending on your interest. It will be a casual chat in which we'll get to know each other a bit and we'll both decide if working together is a suitable option.

The sessions will be personalized so we can create a practice that suits your circumstances, needs and desires. We'll schedule them as often or as seldom as needed. Total flexibility. I do however, encourage you, to try and commit to a personal practice on your own. That is the main purpose of a spiritual practice. Our sessions will be to get you started and to give you extra guidance and inspiration along the way when needed.

My work and practice is centered around meditation and breath work, it is not about new and innovating discoveries, but about ancient and simple techniques that stood the test of time as they have been described in the yogic texts; in their purest form, as pure as these teachings can be after so many translations and passing through so many generations of teachers and masters.

 

I can't and won't promise you absolute happiness and incredible success in your life if you practice what I have to share. The happiness and success in your life depend on you and on the changes that you, and only you, can make in order to achieve these qualities of life. I can however tell you that a traditional and consistent yoga practice can (and in most cases does) give you clarity of mind in order to make whatever changes your life requires.

 

There are many physiological and phycological benefits to a consistent yoga practice. Please have a look at the Resources section of the website. All these benefits can aid the clarity of mind and peace of heart.
