One on one sessions

My wish for us all is to live and die beautifully. To pass to the other side with grace and dignity and not with fear or frustration.

The more I contemplate life through yoga the more I feel like contemplating the death phenomenon. My spiritual practice constantly connects me with the ephemeral nature of human life. One does not go without the other. Focusing on one and ignoring the other is just not a balanced way of approaching spiritual and personal growth in my opinion.

Not being curious and not preparing for death, the one thing that will come to us all, it seems like a childish and irresponsible attitude towards life. There is no need however to be harsh and judgmental with ourselves or with others as this is the greatest fear for so many of us. Tackling it slowly, with patience and compassion is the way forward.

Exploring death might be painful and even overwhelming. I'm not saying I'm able to make these very personal processes lighter, but I'm willing to assist and be of service to you to the best of my abilities no matter how hard it gets. Exploring death can be hard but it's a journey most people don't regret taking. Facing one of our biggest fears has the ability to set us free in the most profound way possible. I have been through my own journey (and still going though it) when it comes to facing death and all its fears and unknown – I do know how much courage it takes at times to do this. It'll be my honor to create a safe and loving space for you to explore whatever you need to regarding death.

Ultimately contemplating death is about realizing what a wonderful miracle life is. In contemplating death many of us find a celebration of life.

I encourage you to embark on this journey of exploration whenever you feel appropriate or on a regular basis through a consistent contemplative practice.

You might feel uncomfortable or even fearful when it comes to discussing such a topic - no need to worry. Most of us feel like this at the beginning, I've been there with many people and I have plenty of “tricks of the trade” to get us through any heavy moment we might stumble upon during our sessions.

This is one of the most personal journeys we can undergo as humans and I'm always excited when someone chooses to do it. It can be liberating and uplifting if done with an open heart.
